Lydia Zorn

Lydia Zorn has been providing strategic qualitative research services since 1985. She has gained a vast amount of experience on both the supplier and agency side. This experience has fulfilled her innate sense of curiosity and desire for problem solving. She uniquely marries and takes into the groups both this natural talent with some of the most sophisticated research and business tools she has learned over her carrier. The learning begins to unfold before the client's eyes as they observe the process. Her agency experience has also taught her excellent writing and presentation skills of taking complex learnings and making them clear, to the point and practical. Her background as a strategic planner at two highly rated ad agencies (Chiat Day and J. Walter Thompson) coupled with her long standing career as a qualitative researcher plays a major role in shaping her perspective on business problems. Lydia's major clients include Harlequin Publishers, Corby’s Distilleries, Pepsi-QTG, and Cadbury Adams where she has played a major role in brand repositioning, new product development, Packaging design and Advertising development and evaluation.
