Elba Valle

Ms. Valle is the Co-Founder and Senior Partner of Consumer Connection, Inc. She is a bi-lingual, bi-cultural, seasoned marketing research professional with over thirteen years of experience studying emerging cultural markets for both the client and supplier side allowing her a well-rounded business perspective. Throughout her career, she has moderated numerous types of qualitative research among diverse consumers (specializing in Hispanics), implementing a wide range of cutting edge projective methods. Along with her extensive research experience, Ms. Valle is also an expert in consumer insight generation and brand building techniques focusing on delivering a deep understanding of a diverse marketplace and impacting growth and sales.

Before starting her company, Consumer Connection, Inc., Elba was the U.S. Southeast Region Senior Planning and Research Manager with Diageo, the world's leading Spirits Company, where she oversaw a multi-million dollar research budget. While at Diageo, Ms Valle successfully managed a wide variety of research projects, both custom and syndicated that were an integral part of developing and measuring the company's success. Additionally, as part of the strategy and marketing team, she was highly involved in brand positioning and planning for the company.

Prior to working with Diageo, Ms. Valle served as the Qualitative Research director at WPP's Market Segment Research (MSR). As the senior moderator, she worked with numerous clients both in the U.S. and abroad across a broad range of product categories, such as automotive, personal care, financial, and packaged goods, to name a few. While at MSR, Ms Valle also worked with many advertising agencies.

Ms. Valle holds a B.A. in Communication with a minor in International Relations from Florida International University. Having completed R.I.V.A I&II and the DWBB I&II, she has had extensive training in facilitation techniques.

Born in Cuba and raised in New Jersey, Ms Valle has made Miami, Florida her home for the past 15 years where she lives with her husband and son.
