Cate Cleary
Cate Cleary has spent nearly 20 years applying her degree in psychology to help clients gain insights into the minds of their consumers and build them into business opportunities. A key focus of Cate's practices is solving branding and positioning problems, and translating market insights into consumer communication strategies.
Cate began her career in 1983 at Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising, and moved to Newman-Stein Inc. in 1989 to become Vice President, Director of Qualitative Research. She is the founder and current president of CMC Vision Corp a research consultancy serving Fortune 500 companies since 1996.
Ms. Cleary's key clients span a range of industries, and include Hewlett-Packard, Polaroid, Canon, Pharmacia & Upjohn, Procter & Gamble and American Express. Ms. Cleary's services are especially appreciated by clients who need to master the language and mindset of special target groups such as children, physicians and senior business executives and who seek help leveraging these insights into motivating target market communications.
