Rick Sachs
Rick Sachs holds an MBA from Washington University, a BA in Marketing from the Wharton School of Business, has over 33 years of business experience, and has been providing strategic qualitative research services since 1982. He began his 33 year business career in Product Management at Ralston Purina, continued it as a partner with a New Product and Positioning Consulting Agency, and for the past 20 years, has been successfully doing qualitative research as Sachs Marketing & Research. His backgrounds in both Marketing and Research have enabled him to be a natural extension of his clients, who well understand their key strategic and marketing issues, instinctively asks the right questions and probes areas of opportunity, and uncovers relevant and actionable insights.
Some of Rick's major clients include Frito-Lay, UBS Financial Services, Anheuser-Busch and United Airlines, where he has played major roles in new products/services, advertising and packaging development, strategic areas of opportunity identification, and brand strategy and positioning optimization.
Rick has extensive experience in working with clients across a broad range of product and service categories, including packaged foods, financial products and services, health and beauty care, men's and women's apparel, and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Rick provides a full range of qualitative research services across demographics, with target consumers ranging from teens to the elderly, and a special affinity with Baby Boomers.
