Susanna Cesarini
Susanna Cesarini has been providing strategic qualitative research services since 1985. She is both a marketing researcher and a trainer for human researchers. She has a large experience in marketing research (was a research director from 1989 to 1996, then free lancer) as well as in social research (worked for Italian Universities and Amherst College - Mass). She is also involved in training of HR. She works not only by moderating consumers' group but she is also able to intervene on teams and departments with courses and outdoor training. In this case, she enables them to set and reach marketing goals more easily, thanks to more effective relationships and dynamics. His/Her background in Sociology, Transactional Analysis for Organizations, and Foreign Languages plays a major role in shaping his/her perspective on business problems. Susanna's major clients include main Italian Research Agencies, where she has played a major role in conducting groups for B2B projects, creative sessions on advertising, purchase behavior, concept development, background research on main categories of products.
Susanna Cesarini has extensive experience in working with clients in the following business areas: International Research (she has been an International Director for 2 years); Creative Sessions for developing advertising (moderating consumers groups and then conducting brain-storming with clients' team); Projects on "Sensitive" issues (contraception, politics, AIDS)
