Linda McAvenna

Linda has been providing strategic qualitative research services since 1986. She is a Bachelor of Arts graduate majoring in Psychology and Sociology.

Linda's involvement in research began over 20 years ago when she joined Market Research Africa, a leading research agency in South Africa. There she was responsible for setting up and managing a subsidiary division specialising in Advertising and Motivation Research.

In Australia Linda has held positions as Research Director at Research International, DDB, Quadrant Research (now Gallup) and Taverner Research, where she was responsible for establishing consumer and B2B work in the business.

Her strong qualitative and quantitative training and background enables her to provide a fully integrated service and strategy input. Her work spans consumer and B2B research in a number of sectors. She has played major roles in re-launching brands in the personal care market, introducing new innovative packaging onto the market for an international packaging company, member research for professional associations, as well as customer satisfaction and customer retention surveys for a range of clients
