Jacquie Leppert

Jacquie Leppert began her career as an educator, applying her background in psychology to problems in children's learning. She taught at the college level before moving into applied research – where she worked for the U.S. government managing research on lifestyles and demographics.

Jacquie started her own consulting business in 1989, leveraging her background in psychology and group dynamics to help clients define and solve their business questions through qualitative consumer insights. Her practice spans a range of industries from home care products, beverages and computer software to personal care, packaged goods and medical/pharmaceutical. Jacquie also has developed a strong practice in business-to-business and Internet/Intranet research.

A major focus of Jacquie's practice is helping clients develop new business opportunities from start-to-finish: from new product development through positioning, advertising development and packaging. Her assistance is highly valued by key clients such as S.C. Johnson & Son, Johnson & Johnson and The Limited. She has also worked extensively as an internal consultant to several Fortune 500 companies regarding the "internal marketing" challenges of HR and employee issues.

Jacquie offers her clients a full range of qualitative services. She is also available to help clients in the business ideation process.
